We recently observed a scenario of pent-up demand post-lockdown on a local property of interest for an investor. Within 24 hours of this immaculately presented 3-bedroom home going to market with the appointed estate agent, several offers were received at and around the full asking price on the day of viewings. A final offer was accepted by the seller well-over the asking price - positive affirmation that the property market is vibrant.
